Return & refund POLICY
We want you to love everything you receive from Zaibatsu Hair Art. If something’s not quite right, we offer a 14-day return window from the day your order arrives.
To start a return, email Kris at zaibatsuhairart@outlook.com, and we’ll send you return instructions and the address.
Just make sure your item is unopened, unused, and in the same condition as you received it. Return shipping is at your cost.
WHAT IF I HAVE A Damaged or Incorrect Item?
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If something’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know right away. We’ll review the issue and do our best to make it right.
How do you handle Refunds?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If it is, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days. Banks and credit card companies may take a few extra days to process the transaction.
