Cancellation policy

Here at Zaibatsu we understand that life is busy and things pop up from time to time, we would just really appreciate 48 hrs notice if you are unable to make your appointment. Our time is valuable, and we are unable to fill sought-after appointments with short notice, and ensures our clients on our waiting list are cared for:

- less than 24 hrs notice will be charged 50% of your appointment booking;

- less than 12 hrs notice and no-shows will be charged 100% of your appointment booking;

- re-scheduling more than twice in a row will require a 50% non-refundable deposit. 

You also acknowledge that you may not be able to be re-booked in a timely manner due to the high demand of bookings.
